Our refund and return policy is valid for 45 days. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty and needs to be replaced. To be eligible for a return, what you return must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund your returned item. We will notify you if your refund cannot be made. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and paid to you using your original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you paid with Klarna, they handle the refund and you can contact them with any questions.

We only replace goods if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, send us an email at support@tempiro.com and we will send you a return slip.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you may vary.
